Custom vinyl graphics, printed in high resolution and produced on a premium quality Cast vinyl. They are complete with a matching clear lamination for extra durability protecting them from scratches and fading.Cast vinyl is for long term applications and its a perfect choice for applications on complex curved surfaces.
This is the vinyl required for vehicle wraps and other items. Our printed cast vinyl conforms very well to most surfaces. It has air-release for a bubble free application. Furthermore, it sports a Glide & Tack adhesive system, this allows you to glide the graphics into place without it sticking to the surface until you apply firm pressure with a squeegee. This makes it super easy to align the graphics into place. Once in place press firmly and use some heat with a heat gun to fully activate the adhesive for a strong bond to the surface
Maximum print width is 1300mm.
We will supply larger graphics in sections with overlap.
Cast Vinyl
Our 7 year+ vinyl is a ‘Cast’ Film. Made from a Soft Cast 50 micron film. When over-laminated with our matching 40 micron cast gloss laminate, the material doubles in strength but still keeps its suppleness and workability. This product is supported with a grey solvent acrylic adhesive which helps defuse dark background colours.. It is perfect for long term applications and complex curved surface applications, it is overkill if you want a shorter lifespan or only applying to simple curves, this is where our Polymeric 5-7 Year Vinyl come in.
